Dear Valuable Customers :
  • We will monitor your flight’s arrival time, but if the flight is delayed, changed or you have missed it; give us a CALL: 510-849-1111 to update us before you arrive. Please be Responsible, Thank you.
  • After you arrive and have your entire luggage from the CAROUSEL, please call us at 510-849-1111 and proceed outside to the “Baggage Claim Area” at the CURBSIDE. Our driver will come within FIVE MINUTES.
  • For Only CARRY – ON Bags: please call us when you are waiting outside and specify the LEVEL or Door Number; or describe an easy place to find you at the CURBSIDE. Call: 510-849-1111
NOTE :- PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE TAXI STAND.

**If your luggage is lost or delayed; please notify us and let us know the situation, we will hold the driver for you.

“CANCELATION POLICY & AGREEMENT”

Dear Valuable Customers :

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, we have a very Simple Cancellation Policy: just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pick up time and we will cancel your reservation without any charges. But if not cancelled before the four hours, you will be considered a (NO SHOW) and you will be responsible to pay the full fare. (Please be Responsible)
